Furthermore, I play a key role in setting the strategic direction of our agency. I work with other senior officials to develop and implement strategies that will help our agency to grow and succeed. I'm always looking for ways to improve our services and to enhance our reputation in the industry. Being a 61Agency official is a challenging but rewarding role.
